The Government stipulates the conditions for establishment of bonded warehouses at Article 22 of the Decree No.154/2005/ND-CP dated 15/12/2005 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the customs law regarding customs procedures, inspection and supervision.

Procedures for hiring of bonded warehouse, subjects permitted to hire bonded warehouses, bonded warehouse-hire contracts and term of a bonded warehouse-hire contract are stipulated in Article 24 of the Decree No.154/2005/ND-CP dated 15/12/2005 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the customs law regarding customs procedures, inspection and supervision.

Procedures (including conditions and documents) for establishment of bonded warehouses are specified in Article 65 of the Circular No.79/2009/TT-BTC dated 20/04/2009 of Ministry of Finance and Article 68 of the Circular No.79/2009/TT-BTC dated 20/04/2009 of Ministry of Finance.
We are currently exploiting CFS warehouses, bonded warehouses and cold warehouses which are located near the center of Tan Thuan, Ben Nghe, Vict and Cat Lai ports, and ICD (Inland Clearance Depot), have convenient road and sea transport conditions to industrial zones and export processing zones of Hochiminh City and adjacent provinces such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau. These warehouses are equipped with good fire fighting and prevention equipment, fire alarming, supervisory camera, heat relieving and lighting systems. Goods are all arranged in a systematic and proper manner on pallets and separated from each other depending on their nature.
We are ready for receiving, warehousing and ex-warehousing types of import and export goods such as agricultural products, machines and equipment, consumer goods, air conditioners, wine, raw materials and export processed goods which are waiting to be imported into Vietnam or re-exported and goods waiting to be exported. Customers declare the goods and complete import-export customs procedures at bonded warehouses in a quick, safe, cost-saving and time-saving manner.

Oracle’s ERP software is used for data updating to ensure accurate data entry and export; Japan, US, Singapore, Vietnam, India and German.
